Notice that dr Evil is given another name. This is dr Evil's real
name. Dr Evil was the program director of my biochemistry department
when I was a student there, and well, there's no need to mention
that biochemistry (an otherwise okay subject) was HELL under this
man.
"It's against the rules!" This was dr Evil's favourite
line, and he'd use it in whichever arguement. Interesting thing
is that dr Evil actually knew the rules. He was famous
for actually having memorized the rulebook of the biochemistry
department. So he could always yell "It's against the rules!",
and be certain that the other person would be intimidated enough
to shut his mouth, go away and leave dr Evil alone.
